Background

Michael was raised in a small town in east Tennessee and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. After law school, he clerked for a trial court judge to develop his trial advocacy expertise. He moved to Virginia in 2008 and has established himself as an aggressive trial lawyer and compassionate advocate. Michael’s practice focuses on personal injury litigation, family law, contract drafting, litigation, and negotiation, and general civil litigation. He is licensed to practice in all the courts in the Commonwealth. Michael has thousands of hours of courtroom experience and has handled  hundreds, if not thousands, of trials and hearings on behalf of his clients. In his spare time, Michael enjoys fishing, carpentry, and spending time with his wife and young daughter.

Background

Dean grew up in the midwest, near Chicago, and made his way to Virginia in 2005 for law school at George Mason University. Dean is active in the Virginia State Bar and has leadership positions in several other organizations in the legal community. He is married and has a baby boy as well as two dogs who can be found in the office on most Fridays. When he used to have spare time, he trained and competed in triathlons, completing Ironman Triathlons in 2009 and 2013.

Elizabeth was raised in Chatham, Virginia. She began a career as a journalist before deciding to practice law. She attended Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia and then spent five years defending thousands of indigent clients as an Assistant Public Defender in Philadelphia’s Municipal Court, Court of Common Pleas, and Juvenile Court. Elizabeth is a seasoned trial lawyer and aggressive, common-sense advocate for her clients.

Background

Chrissy was raised in the idyllic mountains of Western North Carolina but let her husband convince her to move back to his hometown of Charlottesville after graduating college. They share a lovely spot adjacent to the James River with two dogs and an ever-growing flock of heritage breed chickens. When she has a moment away from the office, Chrissy enjoys hiking, skiing, cycling, and side projects in art and design.
